Founder
Robert is the founder of the Port St. Lucie and Vero Beach offices of Kulas Crawford & Smith (formerly Kulas Crawford & Smith). Because he believed that helping his clients manage their personal affairs wisely is one of the most worthwhile professional activities he could pursue, he devoted his practice exclusively to estate planning.
Robert served the legal needs of Florida residents since 1984 and retired from actively handling any estate planning cases in January 2022. During that time, Robert provided his clients with carefully prepared estate plans that reflected each person’s and family’s unique goals and dreams as well as their financial situation.
He is a published co-author of the book Essentials to Planning Your Legacy: A Guide for Passing on Your Family Legacy
In 2022, Robert sold his law business to Joshua K. Crawford who is now the majority owner/managing attorney of Kulas Crawford & Smith.
The Kulas’ have two sons, Kyle and Alexander, and a granddaughter, Raya. They enjoy traveling, golf, fishing, and family outings.
